By using EZPZ Workout & Macro Tracker ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is a personal fitness and nutrition logging tool. It allows you to record workouts, track macronutrient intake, monitor body weight, and review progress over time. The App may include a subscription for premium features.
The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. All content, including muscle coverage suggestions, exercise tips, and nutritional information, is for general informational and logging purposes only. The App is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.
You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program, making changes to your diet, or if you have any concerns about your health. You use the App and act on any information within it at your own risk.
If you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other concerning symptoms during exercise, stop immediately and seek medical attention.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PIN and account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. The App uses anonymous identifiers; you are not required to provide personal information.
Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

The App, its design, code, and content are owned by EZPZ Tracker. Your workout and nutrition data belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to store and sync your data solely to provide the service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, HEALTH ISSUES, DATA LOSS, OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO: injuries sustained during exercise, adverse health effects from dietary changes, or loss of logged data.
Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described therein.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
